Ioana Latu, an assistant professor of psychology at Rutgers–Camden, teams with researchers Marianne Schmid Mast and Tracie Stewart in an eye-opening new study examining the roles of interviewers’ and applicants’ implicit and explicit stereotypes in predicting women’s job interview outcomes.
