Engaging Speaker Series Accompanies “From the Digital Toolbox” Exhibition
The Rutgers–Camden Center for the Arts is hosting a series of engaging, free lectures with artists in the Stedman Gallery, where their innovative artwork is currently featured in the “From the Digital Toolbox” exhibition.
Artists lead a 45-minute discussion of their work. The remaining lectures are as follows:
Shuli Sadé
Tuesday, Feb. 17
12:15 p.m.
Sponsored by the Digital Studies Center at Rutgers University–Camden
Sadé works across a wide range of mediums, utilizing photography, video, and installation, to explore space, time, and memory.
Tim Portlock
Wednesday, Feb. 18
12:15 p.m.
Portlock uses 3D-gaming technology to simulate real-world and imagined spaces.
“From the Digital Toolbox” will run through Feb. 20 in the Stedman Gallery. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
