Alternative Spring Break Takes Students to Memphis

ASB 2A group of Rutgers–Camden students traveled to Memphis, Tenn. in March to participate in a service learning initiative. The students helped restore urban areas, create eco-friendly environments, and work with school children to provide them with unique social and educational experiences.

The trip was part of Rutgers-Camden’s Alternative Spring Break program, which promotes community service and develops leadership skills among the student participants.
