Rutgers–Camden is a campus where ideas are translated into action. There’s no finer example of this fact than the annual Martin Luther King Day of Service, which makes a true impact on our host city in a short period of time. On Monday, Jan. 20, members of the Rutgers–Camden community participated in activities to strengthen the quality of life for families and organizations in the City of Camden. In doing so, they also honored the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and spotlighted Rutgers–Camden’s intrinsic passion for civic engagement and collaboration.
